Secure hold

The SiOCX TR Flex provides a secure hold, even on hard surfaces or edges. The prosthesis is prevented from slipping or twisting thanks to its silicone surface and the adaptive capacity of the outer socket.

Highest level of hygiene

The inner socket is made of HTV silicone of the highest documented purity to significantly reduce perspiration. This material is also hypoallergenic, breathable, and easy to clean with just soap and water. The socket can be sterilised in boiling water.

Maximum freedom of movement and flexibility

Thanks to the soft silicone socket brim, the SiOCX TR adapts perfectly to the residual limb for greater freedom of movement. The flexible ulna opening in the carbon outer socket allows the residual limb to adapt when the arm is resting on something or during movement.

Integrated electrode contact surfaces

SiOCX TR sockets are available with myo-contact surfaces in the HTV inner socket. They allow signals to be transmitted directly through the silicone socket to the electrodes. The contacts can be freely positioned so that the electrodes are no longer in direct contact with the skin. This reduces the risk of skin irritation.

With its flexible prosthetic socket, the SiOCX TR Flex allows for enhanced perception of various environmental stimuli, such as feeling an armrest or another person’s touch.

Optimum suspension

The inner socket made of medical grade silicone ensures optimum suspension to the residual limb. The inner socket itself is in turn securely screwed to the stable carbon prepreg outer socket. This enhances the functionality of the fitting in terms of prosthesis control as well as the level of security perceived by the user.
